During those two weeks, it is especially important that you drink plenty of fluids every day, at least eight glasses a day, to help your body flush the bacteria out.

We also recommend, flushing/rinsing your genitals with a baking soda rinse, each time after you urinate, and patting dry after. The baking soda rinse helps to remove germs and helps with the healing process. BREW INSTRUCTIONS

• Shake tea container to ensure loose-leaf herbs blend well.
• Scoop 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf herbs for12 ounces of water, or as desired
