      We do not accept returns or exchanges on herbal teas, edible products, or skincare items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all products we offer.

      However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at catrinateainfo@gmail.com .

      We will gladly review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
