Kapha Detox Tea

This herbal tea is to be sipped on throughout the day to flush out ama and other toxins from the body when Kapha is high.

Boil approximately 32 ounces of water, remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of Kapha Detox Tea, steep for 20 minutes, and pour into a thermos to keep tea warm throughout the day.

3.5 ounces of loose leaf herbal tea.

Cumin, Coriander seeds, Cinnamon, Basil
